Susan Mellor: I have had many roles at Pragmatic including administration, accounts, equipment sourcing and maintenance. I always enjoy a challenge and we have had many over the last 13 years. When not at work I enjoy walking our two rescue dogs, art, and sailing.

Brian Whiteman: My technical knowledge spans Vibration Analysis, Balancing, Alignment, and Transient Analysis using both on-line and portable multi-channel systems, and I'm also a highly experienced trainer in Vibration Analysis, known for my hands-on approach to diagnostics and problem-solving. I am delighted to be part of the Pragmatic Team, delivering outstanding customer service and supporting our clients to ensure the continued reliability of their operations.
